What feedback can I send to the Road Safety Camera Commissioner?
One of the Commissioner’s roles is to investigate feedback made about Victoria’s road safety camera system. This means an investigation can be carried out where one or more individual complaints suggest that there is a “systemic” problem.
Who can lodge feedback with the Road Safety Camera Commissioner?
Any person or body, or a representative of that person or body, that has an enquiry or concern about Victoria’s road safety camera system, can contact the Road Safety Camera Commissioner.
All complaints to the Road Safety Camera Commissioner must be made in writing, by either letter or email, as required by the Road Safety Camera Commissioner Act 2011.
Submitting a complaint on behalf of another person
If submitting a complaint on behalf of another person you will have to first supply, in writing, an Authorisation granting you permission to act as their proxy.
